MULLINAX, Juanita Grice, Age 73, passed away January 9, 2013. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Bobby Mullinax; son, Greg Mullinax, Dallas, TX; daughter, Kathy (John Jr.) Decker; granddaughters, Allyson Decker, McCall Decker; brothers, Archie Grice, William "Buddy" Grice; sisters, Willie Ruth Madden, Mae Fortner, Gladys Black, Jean Tomlinson, Doris Williams, Susie Hollis. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Saturday January 12, from 11 am until service time at 2 pm in the chapel with brother Alan Sircy, officiating. Special thanks to Dr. Jason Pereira, Dr. Roman Perri, and the staff at Vanderbilt hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vanderbilt Hospital.
