JORDAN, Ann McClure Age 73 years, passed from this life Saturday, July 23, 2011. Ann was retired from the Nashville Ford Glass Plant. She was a 1955 graduate of Litton High School; an avid golfer, and a member of the Nashville Bebop Association. Preceded in death by parents, James F. McClure and Etta P. McClure Smith. Survived by her husband of 28 years, Ed Jordan; siblings, Delores Russ Hitchcock, James Belinda McClure, Jr., and Janet Tony Carpenter; niece, Charlotte Robert Drake; nephews, Logan and Houston McClure, and Kenny Carpenter; step children, Tammy Paul Williams, Cindy Roger Blick, and Robert Bettyanne Jordan; 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Celebration of Life Services will be on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at 11:30am, at the West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Middle TN Veteran's Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-7pm, and on Tuesday from 10:30am until service time at the WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME,

    I am so saddened to learn of Anns passing. She was the sweetest, most loving and caring person as you all know. We shall miss her greatly. Please know that our hearts and prayers are with you during this very sad time, but we join with you in celebrating Ann’s life and all she meant to us all.

    I am so saddened by Ann’s passing.I will always remember her ready smile and twinkling eyes. Delores I often think of our rides in Charles’s old Ford to Litton, especially when I received an e-mail from Ann with the latest news from our class. We will all miss her. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
