Mr. Reynolds was one of the most thought of men I knew growing up in Millersville, and still living here as an adult for the past 23 years. He and his entire family were a part of many lives. He and his kindness, support of others, and the love he held for Millersville and it’s citizens will always be remembered and sorely missed.
Sending thoughts and prayers to all family and friends, RIP Mr. John Reynolds

I thank God for the 10 years that I was John’s pastor and for the many years since that he continued to be my friend. He was a generous and talented man, a dedicated believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. I am so glad that I talked to him last year and found out that, despite the difficulties he has had to face, he was persevering with courage. I loved him. Best wishes to Johnnie, Josie, Birdie Jo, John III, and all the family.

I had the pleasure of meeting John Reynolds and his lovely wife Johnnie a few summers ago. I run an animal rescue charity, and we were in need of hay for a couple of ponies we had taken in. John’s property had hay for sale at the time and was close, so I decided to go make a purchase. After meeting John and Johnnie, they would not take payment for the hay, and started to donate hay to us ever since. Some of my volunteers ended up helping cut, bale, and stack the hay, learned to drive a tractor and more during the next couple of years. It was fun to hang out at the big farm. John Reynolds was always kind to me, offered a smile, and held a positive outlook. He was loved by many and respected by many more. He will be missed greatly and thought of often.
*Johnnie, I am so very sorry for your loss. As I have always said…”If you need me, I will come.” I mean it. XX
