Jan was my manager for twenty years and I was lucky to have her and call her friend. We shared laughter and tears and she was such a quality human spirit gone too soon from this earth . But I know she flies with angels tonight , no pain , no suffering . Enteral life with the Creator . Prayers for her beautiful sweet family for strength and peace .

Jan was my boss, mentor, and friend. I consider myself fortunate to have known such a kind soul. Her children, Keith and Deana, meant the world to her. All that she did, she did for them. My sincere condolences to the family.

Jan was the most amazing human being I have ever known. She took people under her wing and helped them grow. Jan was more than a boss, she was a friend and I treasure every minute that I spent with her. Deana and Keith, I can only imagine your sorrow, but please be comforted in knowing that your mother will be with you all the time now. She loved you more than anything and death cannot separate her from you. You have the most amazing guardian angel looking out for you now. God bless you both.

Jan was my boss for several years. She was like a second mother to me. Jan hired me when i was only 19 and i believe God brought me to First Tennessee Bank for a reason. Jan was the best boss a young girl could ever ask for. She loved her children more than any mother i’ve known. Jan you’re now flying high with God and the angels. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.

If Jan was your daughter…you did a wonderful job of forming a smart , intuitive and caring individual.

If she was your mother…you have been given the ability to meet life head on with confidence and hope.

If she was your friend…as she was mine…consider yourself lucky!

She was taken from us all too soon…but our lives are better because she was there and cared.

Rest now Jan…we love you and miss you already! Mary
