Dear Dawn and Tonya,
We were deeply saddened to hear the news and we want to thank you for letting us know. Janet was source of inspiration to us as I am sure she was to everyone she met. Whenever we had the priviledge of visiting with her she was like a breath of fresh air – always enthusiastic and positive. Her happy and cheerful attitude will be our best memory of Janet.

I am so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful mother and grandmother you all were blessed with. She loved life, and what a fight she put up for the last 18 years. She is a true inspiration to many of us left behind. I have missed her laugh and smile at work since she has retired, and now I will miss her friendship. Take care of each other, she would want you to.

I followed Janet in Compliance in the TDOC, and saw that from her work that she was a competent secretary. I got to know her over the remaining years that she was here and liked her honest approach to life. I remember Janet fondly.
