My deepest sympathy to all of the family. I want to share from the perspective of being at one time his pastor. Bob was a man of great character and faith. He was a brilliant businessman. However his greatness revolved around his humility and gentle spirit. He truly was one of the finest men I have ever known. I am thankful I could call him friend. Paul Bane

When I think of Bob, I think of the movie title “An Officer and a Gentlemen” as that depicts him well. As my bowling partner in the Nissan Franklin league back in 1982 with his Wife Jan and my Wife Fran, I got to know and truely apprecaite the qualities of his personality and self being. He was a good friend at Nissan and could always be counted on for sound logical reasoning power and decsions. We have lost a first place winner.

Mr. Greene Pop was like a second father to me. I was so lucky to have my best friend’s father to be such a great influence in my life. I’m not sure if Amy & I would have gotten through high school math especially Geometry with him! He was a wonderful person and father, and he will be greatly missed.
