Mrs. Koonce was a wonderful woman. Her daughter Genell and I went to school together and hung out together and I visited their home many times. She was always very welcoming and just a great person. My prayers and condolences to Genell and Georgie and the rest of the family…..may she rest in peace.

Mrs. Koonce has always been a part of my life from the first day I can remember. Both she and Mr Koonce were a great part of my mother and dad’s life. I have so many great memories, more than I can count. I’m so saddened to find out today that she is no longer with us, but also glad that she is with our Heavenly Father. Times like this brings mixes emotions. As always God is always with us.
