It is hard to say goodbye to another classmate of VCHS 1959 class. I watched the video and it brought me great joy
to see Gary so happy and surrounded by his loved ones. He was a good friend in high school. He even did work on our home while working with another VCHS friend. May he rest in Peace and May the family be surrounded with many happy memories. God Bless You Gary.

Gary was a friend and classmate at Vestal High School. He came across as rough and tough but he had a heart of gold and would do anything to help a friend. I’m sure his family and friends will greatly miss this wonderful, kind and lovely soul. May you rest in piece, you were one of a kind Gary.

Hello Ellen, I don’t know if you will get this. I’m so sorry to hear of Gary passing. We went through boot camp training together. I will always remember him. He use to make me laugh in formation and our DIs word make us do exercise after everyone else was in bed. We did them till We cried a few times but We didn’t beg for mercy, we did them till We dropped. We were going through some old pics and I found one all Marine buddies take together. I posted it on FB and a USAF friend responded to me with his obituary.
Semper Fi and my condolences to you, family and his friends.

Just noticed Gary was born 2-2-41 and I joined the Corps 2-2-60. Strange he almost passed on my birthday12 Dec.
I tried to send you a picture of us but not sure the link to the funeral home went through. My condolences.
