This is one of those times I wish I could blink my eyes and suddenly be back in Goodlettsville…so I could see all these people (especially Judy) I grew up with…your Mama and Daddy were both sweet and gracious people…they treated me like one of their own when I was there…which was often…I remember very well being at your Moms funeral (I think I was 12 or 13) and wondering how you all could stand it…losing your precious Mother….and I feel that way now….wish I could be there now to personally to give you all a hug and tell you how blessed you were to have him as long as you did…it’s like God was making it up to you for taking your Mom so soon…prayers and love to all of you.

Oh how this hurts. Brings back so many memories. How I love your family. Your Dad was a very special friend to me. We talked a lot. Here I was this little skinny, redheaded girl but he always made me feel beautiful. He told me once he was going to marry me in his next life. Oh boy, ya’ll better watch out. A great man and wonderful mom, no wonder your family is so special. May God ease your pain and keep you wrapped in his arms. I love you all. If I can help in any way let me know.

Tommy, Judy, Dan, Patsy and Teddy,
Words can’t really express how I feel about your dad. I remember that sweet smile and his kind nature, and the way he always welcomed me everytime I saw him with “there’s my batgirl.” I will never forget the days on the field and the memories he gave me from being the Braves batgirl. I never will forget how he loved your mom, all of you and the people that meant the most to him. What a legacy he has left all of the Adams clan.
No more pain, no more walkers and wheelchairs! He is reunited with your sweet mother and has met Jesus face to face. Heaven is even sweeter tonight.
I hope you all know how much I love you and am praying for you and your families!

Oh how precious my friendship has been, with you and family, since the late 1950’s. Your absence will leave a void for all who knew and loved you…. Now, you and your precious, beloved wife (‘Dean”) will be together again.. Your smile & kindness will forever be remembered. Sending love and prayers to ‘My Adams’ Family’.

Dear Tommy, Teddy , Danny and Patsy, I’m so saddened to hear of your dad’s passing. When both you Mother and Father are gone, it’s such an empty feeling that you will never see them again on this earth. Your Dad was a sweet man and my memories of him are good memories.
I’ll remember you in my prayers during this difficult time.
