Dianne Puckett, February 22, 2020, age 84 of White House. She was born in Sumner County on October 19, 1935 to the late Irving and Erma Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Puckett; daughter, Sonja Faith Puckett; step-son Charlie Puckett; sister Betty Thompson; grandsons, Matthew and Michael Puckett. Survived by her daughters, Pam Erwin, Cindi (David) Thompson; sons, Mark Puckett, Tim (Vycki) Puckett, and Donnie Puckett; grandchildren, Chad Thompson, Amanda Thompson, Will Puckett, Reed Puckett, Hope Erwin, and John Daniel Puckett; great-grandchild Jude Tate. Mrs. Puckett was a long-time resident of White House, and was the owner of Puckett’s Ladies Clothing Store. She was always very active in her community and in her church. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House Monday February 24 from 4-8 pm. Celebration of Life will be at 1pm Tuesday February 25 in the Chapel at the Church of Grace Park 506 Hester Drive, White House with visitation one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow at White House Memorial Gardens. For those desiring, donations may be made to Adoration Hospice.

    Dianne was a wonderful, loving Christian friend of mine. Distance kept us from staying in touch in recent years. I will miss her so much. I know she is rejoicing in Heaven with her husband and family. We gained another angel to watch over the ones still here on earth..

    Sweet lady who was a dear friend and sister in Christ to my Mom, Thelma Palmer. Thanks for all the love and support that you gave to my Mom through the years. What a witness Ms Puckett was to so many through the years.       I loved this woman so much. The time I got to spend with her on this Earth was very teaching in my faith with the Lord. This lady prayed with me and for me everyday with the struggles I was going through in life. Such an amazing woman. I will truly miss her. She was and is a godly woman. Love always Chelsea Harris

    Ms. Puckett was such a beautiful person. She touched so many peoples lives with her a caring & loving nature. You couldn’t help but love her! She was always glad to see you and welcomed you with a big smile. She loved the Lord and it was apparent by the way she lived her life. Thanks to her and her family for the love and support they have given our family over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this most difficult time. I’m sure going to miss her!

    Ms. Puckett was always so cheerful and had the most infectious smile in the room. I remember when this family moved to WH and everyone instantly loved them. She will be missed by many. The entire family is in my thoughts and prayers. Love to you all.

    So very sorry to hear of Mom’s passing. Although I feel sure that she’s rejoicing in reunion with all her loved ones already in Heaven, those of us left behind will miss her.     I am sorry to hear of Diane’s passing. I was a neighbor to her parents growing up and they were just like grandparents to me. lots of wonderful memories of summertime when Tim and Cyndi would come to up to visit.
