I want to add my sincere condolences to the family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Our Heavenly father in His word the Bible calls death an enemy (1Cor. 15:26) which He promises in the very near future to do away with (Rev. 21:4,5) At that time tragedies and accidents will be a thing of the past, no one will ever get sick (Isaiah 33:24) and there will be a reuniting, a bringing back to life instead of losing (John 5:28,29) Please allow these words to be of comfort to you and give you hope. (2Cor. 1:3,4)

David will certainly be missed at the Nashville SSA Hearing Office. He was a fine attorney. I have very fond memories of David: his cheerful personality and ever present smile. David and I talked music and aircraft. There was never a conversation between us that he did not give me an update on his family.
God bless and protect you David.
    Your Friend,

I have known David for over 20 years. I worked with him when we both represented Social Security applicants and he has appeared before since I became an Administrative Law Judge in 2008. I have never known a lawyer with more compassion for his clients or more dedication to providing the highest quality of legal representation. David once talked to me about a food stamp hearing he was handling on behalf of a Social Security client. It is a vast understatement to say that David went above and beyond the standard of practice and the call of duty in helping his clients. He will be greatly missed.

My uncle had a kind heart and a servants soul. He was always encouraging in his words and constantly had a smile on his face. Some of my favorite memories of him consisted of jokes and one liners he shared. I know our hearts are heavy with grief for how we will miss him. However he never wavered in his faith in the Lord. Therefore I have no doubt that he is rejoicing in Heaven with his King. We love you and will miss you always. Till we see you see you again uncle David.

I am so saddened to hear of David’s passing. He was such a fine musician and enjoyed talking to him about music and guitar. I was lucky to know him for all of my nine years living in Nashville. I had relocated to Arizona and had lost touch with him but he was never far from my thoughts. I had always thought to call and catch up but never seemed to find the time. It saddens me to have not been able to call and catch up.

My deepest condolences to David’s family. He was a good, caring man and his death is such a blow. He was a good friend.

May God bless you and comfort you my friend!~. David probably felt that you wanted to call too! David had that uncanny telephone/kinetic E.S.P. that pushed him into the “knowing” all the time 🙂

    Oh, Betty and Angelica,

I am so sorry to hear this news. Ryan just found out at SSMV and told me this afternoon. We had not heard previously. Our thoughts are with you both, as well as all your extended family. He was a kind man and cared deeply for you both; that was obvious. He will be missed.

Thinking of you at this time.

    Love ,
    Lisa, Jason, Ryan and Michael

I am truly saddened, David was a compassionate lawyer that really cared about his clients. He always had a big smile on his face and a great sense of humor. We often talked about music. He was a fine gentleman and I know I will miss him. David appeared on television with me often answering questions of the public free of charge, a very caring soul. My deepest condolences to his family.
