I feel lucky to have known Jamie. What a beautiful person!!!. She welcomed me into her home with open arms on many occasions and treated me like a sister. I love those shrimp po boys she made by the way. I know Jamie excelled in many different areas of her life, but I feel she excelled most in loving and raising her daughter Kelly. Nothing else even came close to the relationship she had with Kel. She was definately meant to be a Mom. My deepest sympathies go out to everyone affected by the loss of Jamie. Hearts are broken and always will be.

What a devastating loss to the many lives that Jamie has touched throughout her journey; which has ended much too soon. Jamie was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile could light up the world. Her possitive attitude and spirit was overflowing. Her heart was a special gift to all of us; so compassionate, non judgemental and full of love. Jamie had such a zest for life and charged through with great strength and determination. Kelly, I know all of these qualities were passed to you from your Mom…keep your strength and your dreams. I am so sorry; the world has lost one shining star, but Kelly; I know that you will continue your Mom’s legacy and exceed all of her dreams that she held for you.
My heart aches for all of you.
