What an honor to have Charles and Kay in our lives. Charles was always smiling and walking. He loved to deliver and share his Lebanon Democrat to Libby next door. He always welcomed our grandkids for a quick snack. Wonderful neighbors to our daughter and kids. Bless you Kay and know we are loving you all the way from Oklahoma.
