ROADEN, Charles A., July 14, 2007, age 82 of White House. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Dot Roaden; daughters, Andrea (Bill) Denning, and Leanne (Roger) Neal; grandchildren, Tony (Karen) Denning, Jonathan (Brooke) Denning, Anne-Marie (Russ) Sykes, Chase Neal, Chad Neal, and Jennifer (John) Williams; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Tom (Peggy) Roaden; sisters, Margaret Ann (Theodore) Jackson, and Jane (John) Pitt. Mr. Roaden was retired from Harvey's Department Store, and Tarkington Showrooms, and was a long time employee at Cole & Garrett Funeral Homes. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 4 - 8 p.m., and Tuesday from 11 - 1 p.m. at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home White House. Funeral service will be held Tuesday July 17, at 2 p.m., at First Baptist Church White House, 2800 Highway 31 W., with Rev. Courtney Wilson, officiating. Interment White House Hillcrest Cemetery. Grandsons and sons-in-laws will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Employees of Cole & Garrett Funeral Homes, Deacons at First Baptist Church White House, Don Graves, Mike Graves, Tom Bowers, Mark Hinton, Gene Jernigan, Bruce Hester, Ron Benton, Jack Pitt, Dr. Billy Hobbs, Jim Savage, and Dr. Gilbert Bazaldua. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Quarter Back Club of White House High School in honor of Chase and Chad Neal, 508 Tyree Springs Rd., White House, TN 37188, or Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203.

Dot & family,
Sorry to hear about Charles. Dot, we miss you and often talk about the fun we had with you both while we were in Tennessee. We know God is watching over you and remember, it is HIS Will be done.
