As the two year anniversary approches on Brenda’s passing, I was just thinking of all the lessons she taught me over the years. She taught me love, work ethics, laughter, but most of all what friendship was all about. That a true friend will always be there, no matter what. I have known Brenda since I was ten years old. I was there when she married Tommy, when she had her son Jason and when I had my son Michael, she was there. She made the best homemade rolls you ever eat. There is know one in my 40 years of knowing her that could make any better than her.

I think of her often and know that one day I will get to see her again, and she will great me at the Holy Gates with a basket of her famous rolls. I love you, Brenda. I hope this finds Tommy and Jason doing well. I know that they miss her but have so many memories of her in their heart.

Brenda was like a sister. My children grew up knowing her as their Aunt Brenda and my oldest daughter worked with Brenda for many years. She was always there when you needed her. Even though circumstances took us in different directions and we had not talked in years, I believe our thoughts of each other often crossed our minds. I will miss her dearly.

    Dear Tom and Family,
I pray that you will find some comfort in knowing that many people have and are still praying for you. I hope you will find some solace in the memories that you and Brenda shared.Try not to think of the what ifs but think about the blessing she was to you and how you were to her! Someday you will be joined again with her.
    Sending hope and comfort,
