BOWEN, Christopher "Frifer" was a very quiet baby and was so good he hardly ever gave me any hassles. He was momma's boy. He was a good brother and he was an even better uncle to his niece Maleah. He had a crazy sense of humor that only his family and friends understood. He loved to play basketball with his friends and was really crazy about shoes and clothes. He was very picky about the way he kept his stuff. He was a picky eater, by he could eat all day! He loved Burger King. He loved helping his dad and uncle work and wanted to own his own painting business. He was a math wiz and made straight A's in math. He did not like reading. We loved him so much and will miss him dearly. A life celebration service will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Monday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, 615 646-9292.

There are not words to express the sorrow in our hearts. Nothing that has transpired in the past seems remotely important at a time like this. We are so very sorry that your family has to go through this.

We did not know Christopher or his family but passing thru time on earth so briefy is uterly heartbreaking for his parents and famiy especially his mama..carrying a child for those months followed by love, surprises, hopes, dreams to stop mid stream is unfathomable.

We express our deepest sympathy and know your baby boy, brother & uncle is w/God and your Angel..Pray God w/give you the strength & comfort you…you will see Christopher Again. God Bless you.
