Billie Ruth Proctor, age 82 of Cottontown, passed away on October 3, 2017. Born on March 8, 1935 in Scottsville, KY to the late Fred Harris and Sallie Cherry Harris. She is survived by her family Timothy (Trudy) Huntsman, Karen Treff, Brenn Huntsman, Edon Treff, Jonathan Fisher, Rachel Huntsman, Collin Huntsman, Logan Huntsman, Amelia Treff, Teliah Ivana Dawson, Audrey Huntsman and Trenton Huntsman. Celebration of life will be on Saturday October 14, 2017 at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House. Visitation will be from 11 am until service time. Interment will follow at White House Memorial Gardens.

    Billie was a generous, kind woman. She was always looking out for everyone else. She was an inspiration in her independence and resilience. She was humble and willing to learn. I will miss her.

    Billie proctor my aunt passed away without any of my family members notifying myself or my sons so we could attend her funeral.. Makes all clear why . im guessing her house has been stripped clean by now.. To all that read this beware of your family members n their intentions they have towards u while your alive.. I missed my aunts funeral because my brother n his family. My sister n her family are expecting what may i ask from treating us like this.. A big shame on u all n your decissions u all took upon urself in making.. Aunt billie if i had know we would have been their.. Love u love u love u..your niece debbie

    I also see my name n my sons names were not listed on here as survived family members. Debbie garrett niece. Jason garrett . bryn garett . miss u aunt billie. If we were told we would have been with u. Why all kept your passing from us only they have their own reasons in doing so. I know u would have wanted us with u.. Your love 4ever n ever

    Love your loved ones while their alive. Dont wait till their passing n expect u have it all.. Life doesnt work that way
