I’m very sorry to learn of the passing of Anthony Wayne Webster, Jr. When I met him in May, 1971, he was known as Lieutenant Webster. He was the first platoon leader that I had in C Battery, 1st Bn., 4th Air Defense Artillery Regiment located at Kingston, WA. I remember him as a good officer and a good man to work with. He looked out for the men under his command.

    May he Rest in Peace.
