I am flooded with memories of the happy times my family and I spent at the home of Annette; her sister, Betty; and their mother, Viola. We got to go swimming, had cookouts, ate the delicious food they always had prepared, and just had fun visiting and laughing with them. My heart is heavy but I know my cousin Annette is home with her beloved family and her Lord Jesus.
I love you, Annette. I will miss you and your laugh and your funny stories.

Annette was always a strong member in Alpha Rho chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa teacher sorority. Her sisters in this organization will always remember her positive influence, her beautiful jewelry she brought to auctions, and her artistic talents. She will be missed.

    My dearest Cousin Annette,
It is always such a shock when our loved ones are taken from us so suddenly. But I am so glad for you that you did not suffer nor linger. I’m so glad you knew how much I love you-and always will. I miss you, Cousin Annette, but I look forward to spending eternity with you in the kingdom of our Lord.

Annette was a wonderful art teacher and played a large role in my deciding to go to Art College. It was in her class in 1975 I fell in love with my Husband Gary when we won a drawing contest to paint our school Trojan for the gym wall. I had recently signed up to be a member of her senior spirit “Art with Annette” class and am so sad I never got to attend. Prayers to her many friends and family members.
